Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the service selected. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over US$200 (based on product subtotal).

Duties & taxes

All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches and peak periods, dispatch may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated delivery (from date of shipment)

United States, Canada, Australia,European Union*, United Kingdom – Estimated delivery within 8–15 business days from the date of shipment

Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam – Estimated delivery within 8–15 business days from the date of shipment

Japan, South Korea, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR – Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs clearance, holidays, or weather.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Note that tracking only updates after the carrier scans the parcel.

"Delivered" but not received?

Cross-border parcels often change hands between carriers, and some are scanned as delivered up to 48 hours early. If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, please check with neighbours, reception, or your mailroom, then allow 48 hours. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at info.repsycle@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancellations & cancelled orders

Orders can be cancelled only before they ship — contact us as soon as possible at info.repsycle@gmail.com; once dispatched, we can't cancel. On rare occasions we may need to cancel an order ourselves (for example, if an item is out of stock or there's an issue processing payment). If this happens, we'll notify you by email and issue a full refund.
