We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Once your return is approved, please ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks (makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc.), with all original tags and packaging intact. We can't accept items that show signs of wear or otherwise don't meet these conditions.

Sizing & fit

Our pieces are unisex (one size range for all) and are developed around East Asian body proportions. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Please review the Sizing & Fit chart on each product page carefully before ordering, as this helps avoid fit-related returns.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once opened. Final sale and clearance items are also not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email us at info.repsycle@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us, and we recommend a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll cover a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Duties & taxes

All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so import duties and taxes are already included at checkout. Please note that these duties, taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if your order is returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer to appear.
